HEROES is an AIDS United Southern HIV/AIDS Impact Fund recipient!

We are turning that funding into a digital patient navigator to connect people at rural HIV testing sites to appointments at either a PrEP or HIV treatment center in our area.

Field testing and implementation of the navigator begins in March!  Stay tuned for progress improving the Rural Louisiana Continuum of Care.
