Edward Williams

Edward Williams III is a native of Monroe Louisiana. He is the proud son of Emma and Reverend Edward Williams Jr. Edward has four biological and 7 adoptive siblings. He is a graduate of The Neville High School Class of 1989. He went on to further his education at Southeastern Academy in Kissimmee, Florida. Upon his return to Monroe he worked for J. P. Morgan Chase For 15 years. Currently he is employed with Monroe City School District where he has served for 7 years as the 5th and 6th grade child specific professional. In his spare time he volunteers with Cypress Point Junior Beta Club and has worked with mentoring several middle and high school students.  He has served as the culinary coordinator for all of Heroes'major functions for many years. He is a member of The Gospel Music Workshop of America, Northeast Louisiana Teacher's Association and St Paul Missionary Baptist Church where he sings in the Adult and Mass Choir. Edward loves cooking, shopping, decorating and traveling with his friends and family. To share his love for cooking and decorating, Edward decided to open and has operated Ed's Catering for over 25 years. He has a great passion for serving others and providing quality services for clients throughout the country. His current goal is to one day open his own bistro eatery.
