HEROES is conducting a first-ever rural health and stigma survey. The baseline analyses are in progress and in partnership with the Southern AIDS Strategy Initiative (https://southernaidsstrategy.org/).
Phase 2 will compare improvements among people who attended our 2017 DREAM symposium compared with those who did not. Stay tuned!

We are turning that funding into a digital patient navigator to connect people at rural HIV testing sites to appointments at either a PrEP or HIV treatment center in our area.
Field testing and implementation of the navigator begins in March! Stay tuned for progress improving the Rural Louisiana Continuum of Care. |
